These terms govern your use of PandaMenu. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. What PandaMenu is
PandaMenu is a hosted service that lets you:
- Build and publish digital menus for your hotel or similar F&B venue.
- Generate printable QR codes — a single QR per menu, or batches of QRs (one per numbered spot).
- Accept orders from your guests directly through the menu, delivered to your Orders.
- Track scans, orders, and customers through a dashboard.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- Provide accurate information when signing up. Keep it up to date.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- One account per person / business. Give each staff member their own login via the Staff page rather than sharing credentials — everyone using the account is bound by these terms.

3. Free trial
New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. If you don't subscribe by the end of the trial, the menu becomes paused (public URL stops serving), your dashboard data is retained but read-only for 60 days and then deleted, and no charges apply.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and taxes
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay, our payment provider. Prices are listed on the Pricing page.
- Razorpay handles card, UPI, and net-banking payments. Applicable taxes are added at checkout as required.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel first. You can cancel any time from your dashboard.
- If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and, if it still fails, suspend or downgrade your account.
- We may change our pricing. If we do, existing subscriptions continue at their current rate until their next renewal, when the new price applies. We will notify you by email of any price change at least 30 days in advance.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel your subscription any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. No cancellation penalty.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Your content
- You own everything you upload — menu text, prices, item photos, logos, cover photos, property details, contact numbers, everything.
- You grant us a limited licence to store, display, and serve that content only for the purpose of running the service (e.g. showing the menu to your diners, generating your QR codes, keeping your order history).
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish — prices, allergen and dietary information, opening hours, contact details, and any other detail a guest might rely on.
- You are responsible for having the rights to use every image and piece of text you upload. Do not upload copyrighted images you don't own or license.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use PandaMenu to:
- Sell or promote items you are not legally licensed to sell in your jurisdiction (this includes alcohol, controlled substances, or any regulated product).
- Publish deceptive prices, false ingredients, misleading allergen or dietary information, or fake business identity.
- Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes anyone's rights.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages through our service.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
- Bypass rate limits, payment enforcement, or trial expiry.
- Resell or sublicense the service to third parties as if it were your own product.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on the severity.
8. Food safety, licences, and compliance
You alone are responsible for complying with all food-safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements that apply to your business — food-service licences, packaging rules, allergen-disclosure rules, tax-invoicing rules, and any other applicable law. PandaMenu is a publishing and ordering tool; it does not certify or verify the food you serve.
9. Our intellectual property
The PandaMenu platform — the software, dashboard, editor, landing-page templates, brand marks, and documentation — belongs to us. You get a licence to use it while your account is in good standing. You may not copy, modify, resell, or use our name or logo in ways that suggest an endorsement we haven't given.
10. Service availability
We work hard to keep the service running around the clock. That said, we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Planned maintenance, upstream outages (Cloudflare, our hosting provider, Razorpay), and other events beyond our reasonable control can cause temporary interruptions. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by downtime.
11. Third-party services
PandaMenu integrates with third-party services (Razorpay for billing, Cloudflare for storage and delivery, AWS SES for email). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their outages or changes.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: PandaMenu is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data). Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Termination
- You can close your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting deletion at
[email protected]. - We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, that we reasonably suspect of fraud or abuse, or that have unresolved billing failures.
- On termination, we remove your account data within 30 days, except for billing records we are legally required to keep.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email and by a banner on the dashboard at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after the change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
